As part of the Senior Management Team at The ALLIANCE, I grew the organisation from a small but effective team of 10, to an organisation with Strategic Impact and employing over 60 staff. In partnership with Glasgow School of Art. I led the innovative codesign and community engagement work for the £10 million Living It Up programme with NHS24 and the Scottish Government. I turned the income generation departments of Deaf Action around, reversing a significant deficit to a healthy profit, securing and sustaining service level agreements with local authorities, health boards and the Scottish Parliament as well as establishing new income generation opportunities. |
